Analog Alchemy Band Gap Technology
|
Analog Alchemy offers two families of band gap voltage references (BGR) characterized for various CMOS technologies. One family has been optimized for power supply voltages from 1.8V to 3.3V whereas the second family is able to run on power supplies as low as 1V. Both architectures comprise a robust start-up circuit and a bias current generator with multiple current outputs. The BGRs are specified from junction temperature of -40°C to +125°C. AA1V1BG0V5 The AA1V1BG0V5 is a band gap voltage reference generator that provides a fixed voltage output of 0.5V from a 1.1 V supply. The architecture of the AA1V2BG0V5 enables the reference to be operated directly of the 1.1V core voltage while consuming little power. In addition to providing a temperature compensated band gap voltage it comprises a robust start-up circuit and a bias current generator with multiple current outputs. The building block consumes little power while realizing excellent DC and PSRR characteristics. It is specified from junction temperature of -40°C to +125°C. Features

AA1V8BG1V2, AA2V5BG1V2, AA3V3BG1V2 The AA1V8BG1V2, AA1V8BG2V5, AA1V8BG3V3 are a family of band gap voltage references that provide a fixed voltage output of 1.2V from a 1.8V, 2.5 and 3.3V supply respectively. In addition to providing a temperature compensated band gap voltage it comprises a robust start-up circuit and a bias current generator with multiple current outputs. The building block consumes very little power while realizing excellent DC and PSRR characteristics. It is specified from junction temperature of -40°C to +125°C. Features
