AA-XOSC Family

The AA-XOSC is a family of crystal oscillators optimized for ultra low jitter and phase noise applications. 

The oscillators have very low close-in phase noise around the signal carrier. The family uses advance amplitude control to achieve low power consumption and reduced crystal aging without compromising either performance or crystal selection flexibility. 

The oscillators are specified from a junction temperature of -40 °C to  +125 °C.

• 10 - 40MHz frequency range
• Ultra low phase noise and jitter, PN < -150dBc @ 10kHz offset
• Single power supply, 1.0 - 1.2V
• Power consumption I < 40uA
